I have never in my life had any company shut me off for being a few days late ...
These people never listen to you. Your bill is due on that day and cant ever be a few days passed or they shut you off. Even when you tell them this is the payday date it will be paid then. They say no problem but never enter it in the computer so they shut you off anyways. Then they can never answer the phone and the answering service says sorry not our problem. I can't stand this company.
I was shut off today in 90 degree plus weather and have newborn twins in the house and my daughter of the twins has breatgbing issues already.
So my if my daughter's life and health are only worth 170 bucks we have an issue......

SAID I HAD TO CALL AND PAY $169.42 BEFORE I COULD GET IT BACVK ON AT ALL...
I called them and told them yo please turn it back on till later today when I could get off work to pay it and they told me NO.......
I am livid.
