I hate that there are no options for internet. I pay 75 dollars am month for internet that they say is DSL but sometimes it seems like dial up to me.

Internet is trash. Somehow citizens 15 meg is less functional than others 10 meg. Absolutely trash

Not sure what the other reviewers are trying to do with their internet that it seems so slow but my internet is amazing. I work from home and am constantly using my laptop, streaming tv, using my tablet and using the wifi on my phone all at the same time and never have any problems. I am also so appreciative that they are the only option I have found that does not require me to pay for a limited amount of data. I never have to worry about running out or going over a limit. I have the internet/cable package and in the year and eight months I have lived in town, my internet has never been down and I've only had one problem with my cable messing up. It was 8:00 P.M. and someone called me back within 15 minutes and stayed on the phone with me until it was fixed. Also, if I am ever not able to pay my bill they always do anything they can to work with me and give me an extension so I can keep my internet on and be able to work. A+ customer service!

I called to set up service last Thursday October 12. I had my debit card out and ready to pay, but she didn't say I needed to pay upfront. So I kept the money to save it for when it was due. It was scheduled for Monday morning, when I work, so I asked a friend to go over. After my break I'm told that since we didn't have money for the tech we won't get internet. I had to wait till my next break at noon to pay them, she said that I would get intermet that afternoon. After work I go home.. no internet. I get that this is just miscommunication. If they had said they wanted money up front i would have had a money order ready. They didn't tell me so I didn't have it so now I have to wait 2 more days to get internet. I just called to complain and I was told they did tell me that they would need it in cash or check or money order and I just had to wait. My issue is that I was never told that, no matter how much you say they told me she did not.

Do not get this internet. They make promises of 25 mbps when at most you can get only up to around 12 mbps. The low is probably slower than old dial up.

If you can get other internet go with someone else. It's like talking to a brick wall, gets you no where. I'm going to have to go McDonald's to get internet to run my small business tonight. Yay...
