We ordered 8 large pan pizzas for a birthday party. The phone order took a long time. The worker shared that it was her first day. I completely understand the learning curve, no problem. Unfortunately, we received one incorrect pizza. My big issue was the quality of the pizzas! There was 3 to 4 inches of crust around the edges, with toppings and cheese only in the very middle. (I was hoping to share photos.) We received half the order in this condition. It was very disappointing. I was embarrassed to serve it to guests, who also commented on the large amount of dry crust. Many of the children did not finish their crust. There was a lot of waste. I am surprised employees let pizzas be served in this condition!
This is my favorite Pizza Hut. My mom and I visited for lunch buffet so often the waitress had memorized our drink orders and would have them ready at the table for us. Great service!! The buffet was almost always kept full and the restaurant was extremely clean, including bathrooms. Sometimes very crowded at lunchtime but worth the wait.
They have gotten my order wrong the last 3 times I have been there. They don't honor the deals on their own website. Very disappointing.
Used salad bar, everything was clean and fresh, waitress was kind and helpful, I didn't have to wait for anykind of service.
