This may be one of the worst McDonald's ever. We were asked to park in a spot so they could make our food "fresh", and sat there for over 20 minutes. That in itself was not a big deal, I understand that even fast food businesses have trouble keeping up at times. The problem was that once we got home, our fries were ice cold, they didn't give us any sauces for our mcnuggets, and my wife's chicken sandwich was nothing but grissle. When we called to complain, the manager (Shane Morris) said that he personally made our order, and said that he didn't believe us. He said that if we had a problem, we could call corporate, and then he hung up on my wife. Needless to say, we will never eat there again.
I've been there twice today. Both times I had to wait more than 20 minutes for my food. I won't be going back. Poor customer service from the morning manager. Less than quality food... even for mc Donald's
It took 15 min to get a frozen coke. I expect to be sacrificing quality of food for price and convenience when going to McDonald’s, but when it takes that long to get a drink I am unhappy. I am not mad I’m just disappointed.

We had the worst experience at the new McDonald's tonight. We were parked for 20 minutes waiting for our order. When it came, we didn't complain about the wait, and the server assured us everything was fresh. We get home and our fries are ice cold and hard, the chicken sandwhich was like rubber, and they forgot all the sauce for a 20 piece and 10 piece mcnugget. I called and asked for a manager and he actually argued with me about the order. He said I could come back up tonight or tomorrow and get new fries but he knew the sandwiches were fine because he was back there helping them cook. Then went on to inform me how busy they were and gave me a list of all the orders he had all at once. I told him I would spread the word about my experience there and he told me that was fine they stay pretty busy. So, here I am letting everyone know! I won't waste any more money at that place!
